What you're actually agreeing to.
If you checked the box on a booking form, here's exactly what that means, in plain language.
Checking the box means you're okay with Caleb using photos or video of you from your session on ito Exposure's Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, website, and in Caleb's own portfolio and pitches to future clients. It doesn't give anyone else the right to use your image, and it's never used to advertise a product or service you didn't actually use.
Checking or not checking this box has no effect on your booking, your price, or whether you get your own photos/video. It only affects whether Caleb can post that content publicly. There's no extra payment either way, the service you're booking is the whole agreement.
A parent or legal guardian has to be the one checking this box on a minor's behalf. Minors can't consent for themselves.
You can revoke this at any time, just text, email, or tell Caleb in person. That stops any future use, but it won't pull down something already posted before you let him know.
